In order to meet the growing demands of quality, the management has decided to align the company’s working practices to the requirements of ISO 9001:2000. This will not only ensure consistency in the quality of products, but also provide at the same time useful feedback as a base for continual improvement.

The organization has established and maintained a documented procedure for conduction of internal audit within the organization as per the requirements of quality management system. The audit criteria, scope, frequency and methods has been defined in the procedure.
The internal quality audit includes identification of discrepancies, corrective actions to be taken, and verification of corrective action taken, through follow up audits.
To check the effectiveness of the quality system, the personnel who are not directly responsible for the work being audited carry out the audits.
The Management Representative is responsible for implementation of the internal quality audit as per the schedule and procedure.
The audit shall include the conformance to the procedures, work instructions and processes. Non-conformances with the quality management system, the corrective action taken and proposed are recorded in non-conformity reports for internal audits.
